        You offer a great amount of food genres and price points. You don't have to extend distance and travel time unless a particular genre is underrepresented in an area. It isn't the customer's job to think of such things, it's yours.

        What customer experience? The one where I wait for 3 hours for cold food and can't reach anyone at DoorDash to resolve it? @jesslachs I feel like you may want to analyze things a little more

        I know this may seem counterintuitive, but in my market and I'm certain many others. You're offering far too many restaurants per customer, how they are or can be sorted isn't particularly user friendly.

        Most important is distance between customer and offered restaurants. I just don't see enough thought being placed on how well food quality travels and how traffic flows with natural hinderances like rivers where I operate.

        That greater efficiency in distance and ultimately food travel time, would lead to a much better customer and dasher experience. It could also be a differential sales point when engaging restaurants. Unlike others, we care more about delivered food quality.

        Even if restaurants are getting high ratings at 5+ miles, your dashers suffer for it. If you are fortunate enough to average 2 deliveries per hour and make $15, it's not enough almost everywhere not just SF. Because using a vehicle for work makes that the equivalent of $12.50

        I LOVE @DoorDash IT'S THE BEST APP EVER SO FAR IN MY LIFE! With me having LUPUS I can't always drive 2my favt restaurants but with u guys I don't have 2 I can have my favs delivered & not jeapodize my health in doing so. Ty Guys❤for helping make dinner for me & my family a blast
