With how many algorithms your site uses, surely the former suggestion shouldn't be TOO hard for you.

@TeamYouTube If you're gonna take away more and more features from smaller creators, at least give us a "Discover" tab on the homepage. Maybe with sorting by how often content is uploaded, by genre, by length, by channel size.
Or a "featured small creator" page, SOMETHING.
