He didn’t press charges for Mccalisters recent string of arrests. His obvious counter is to say “but I give every criminal preferential treatment, not just this guy!” Which is true.

Parole is not his job, he should do his job which is charge people with crimes. It’s like saying I didn’t clean up the vomit because I thought the night shift would do it. How can parole take any action if the parolee isn’t being charged??
