    Received the 1500 EUR reimbursement from today! Now I'm still waiting for 400 EUR in compensation for a 4+ hour delayed STN-ALI flight on July 5th which I was promised a month ago.

    we’ve been waiting 2 months now for our reimbursement from a cancelled flight.. you said it would take up to 4 weeks so if it’s not in our account by Saturday we WILL be seeking legal advice.. sort it out

    NEVER fly My parents fly here tomorrow & we just got an email that there’s problems with their flight & now they’re gonna miss their other flight SO I called P.A & an extremely horrible lady said she can’t do anything & then she hung up!! We were on hold for 1 hour!

    Still waiting for a 1500 EUR refund from my cancelled flight on July 8th as well. Have you found anybody who actually did get reimbursed eventually?

    To all customers who they tried to scam by saying they are not eligible for flight delay compensation under 4h. CAA Confirmed that if your flight is delayed between 3-4h you are entitled to 300 euro compensation claim. Which primeraair now accepted
