The Texas higher ed anti-CRT bill under consideration now doesn't threaten action against individual faculty who violate it, it revokes state funding from *entire institutions* that violate it.
This will encourage admins to remove faculty, possibly entire programs, preemptively.

HB 916 by has been passed out of committee! If passed into law, it would require health insurance companies, including Medicaid, to provide 12 months of birth control at once.
