I am glad you got your benefits. I work in/around govt. and contractors. Democrats are always trying to make the VA better, but bills get shot down by GOP, who always want to privatize the VA. Then, they get on their soapbox and claim the democrats haven’t done anything for vets

I agree. Government services, when privatized, immediately end up being provided for lowest cost and low quality, as companies want high profits. And, banks self regulating??? Nope, they definitely are greedy and will steal people blind..

I am a Christian. I don't know where the @GOP & Evangelical Christians were taught their Christian values. Love, kindness, empathy, compassion, tolerance, acceptance, helping the needy & elderly, treating strangers as you would treat Him. The #GOP doesn't practice these values.

It took me 3 years to find a Church for fellowship & worship. It's the poorest Church in a county over. I lovey Pastor. These are some of the most loving, caring people I gave ever had the pleasure of meeting.

I finally pulled into the most run down Church I had ever seen on a Friday morning. There were cots set up, coffee & donuts. A sign said "If you're cold & hungry, please stay here warm & have a bite to eat." I was floored. I went back for Services & been attending every since.
