Yes, they authorized the $1200 Stimulus checks and the Personal Business payments. So I'd say they have. I got neither I make over the maximum for the Stimulus and I don't own a Small business.

Probably because there's an ongoing investigation into it. China is going to compensate us for this one way or another; unless Biden somehow gets elected. In that case, nothing will happen.
