I gambled with the slot machines on Lightning. The problem is I quadrupled my money...
Since it was a brand new channel I couldn't receive more than i put into the Casino. There was no way to withdraw my winnings.
The house always wins I guess

Why not create 3 separate withdraw transactions not more than the capacity of the channel?

The capacity can only be sent through once before the channel is full. You cant just break it down into smaller bits through the same channel. Think of it like an abacus.

That is not a scammy site. It's an inherent flaw in the Lightning Network.

I'd have to spend first. But the limit is then just what I've spent. It's kind of a strange problem.

Yeah, we need tools for channel auto-balancing to make Lightning more useful. In this case the casino could instead send you the on-chain payment instead while at the same time opening channel with you. So, in the future you will have more capacity.
