Didn’t there used to be a way to “optimize” Mail at launch? Has that been taken away in El Capitan?

@ShawnKing @mjtsai usually has the answer: http://c-command.com/spamsieve/help/how-can-i-rebuild-apple … The trick of holding down modifier keys no longer seems to work.

@DonMorris@ShawnKing A bunch of other mail clients support modifiers keys for database rebuilding/optimizing. I don't think Mail ever has. - View other replies
