After reading all this I'm way more disturbed than the neutral tone. It wasn't just taking risks. It looks like victims pulled into toxic abuse with BDSM role play used as an excuse for predation. Super sad and I wouldn't be surprised by wrongful death litigation or more.

Crazy. The 2nd death connected to Dylan/N&B, Joe Quader (who committed suicide prior to being arrested for the injection that killed Peter in late 2017) was in September. Only weeks apart from Tank, the 3rd death.
