      Have you used the mic with that program before? I can't think of anything. If the sample rates match up then they should be okay. Err, I know this shouldn't affect affect it, but check bit depth?

      Weird thing is I never had the issue on my old hackintosh. Switched to MPB and the issue began! :(

      Maybe it's a setting within Final Cut? There might be a preference that's messing things up. Yeah the sample rates should be the only things that do that if they mess up :/ I'm not too clued up on cameras though, so maybe it's a setting there too

      FCPX is also set to same settings and frame rate. Not sure what it might be...

      God that's weird. Er, if you don't get any decent answers from the replies, then check out the Gearslutz forums? Those guys are phenomenal when it comes to audio tech support.
