This might sound lame, but I really need a lifestyle change. Watched some Vegan propaganda and I’m going to try it WITH intensive workouts for the whole month of December (running, etc).
Deep Clean. No meat/dairy.

This is easily top 4 vegan foods for me. They have lots of calories but as long as you work out a lot they should help way more than ever be a problem. And I mean a lot. If you ever feel noticeable stomach discomfort you're probably eating more than enough.
