This might sound lame, but I really need a lifestyle change. Watched some Vegan propaganda and I’m going to try it WITH intensive workouts for the whole month of December (running, etc).
Deep Clean. No meat/dairy.

Curious to know what your primary protein sources are. I was vegan for nearly a decade, could be called a weekend warrior type, and getting enough protein without taking out a second mortgage in Tokyo is indeed a challenge.
