@Dogen Hi! I just moved to Japan a couple of months back and completely forgot to pay my health insurance fee. Do you know if it's possible to still use my insurance card if I haven't paid for it? Sorry for the weird question, I'm not too sure about who to ask..
No idea—worth a shot! If it doesn't work you'll most likely just have to pay the already low medical fee. Cheers!
