Yes the 鼻濁音 version are often written like this in accent dictionaries and other pronunciation resources in order to differentiate from the non-nasal G, which is becoming ubiquitous.

I sometimes hear Japanese pronounce "ra" as "la" like chikara becomes chikala. Can you share that one with us too, Dogen-san? Thank you

When pronounced slowly some air can escape around the tongue, which can make it sound closer to an L. Hope this helps!
