Did you cross reference with Blackmagic's approved media list? Admittedly it might be old, but it might offer insights.

Where did you get the card? Possible it is a knock-off if it was particularly cheap?

Amazon direct or an Amazon reseller? Did some digging on the BM forums. Seems the primary cause of this behaviour is counterfeit cards. Consider buying the same card from, say, Yodobashi to see if the that card works ok. Those will def be legit. Doesn't work, may be camera fault.
