It makes sense when you are Dutch Paper Kop doesn't make a lot of sense as a Japanese word because it's English and Dutch mixed Paper Cup makes more sense because it's all English Now 紙Kop is just a Japanese word with a Dutch word behind it which isn't weird (?)
