Are they offered in other languages than English?

Pardon me if I understood wrong, but the keyboard itself is not what controls the language, your operating system does. You can type any language you want with an Ergodox.

I realize that, but unless the keys reflect what I want to input it becomes confusing. For example Shift+2 gives you @ on an English keyboard but “ on a Swedish. We also have to contend with å ä and ö, hence multilingualism is a complicated task.

I would presume out of the box they are US English. But you can get blank keys and use software to dictate which keys do what. Source: struggled with a US keyboard while pc was set to UK

But you can’t request character keys for other languages? That is sort of the “key” point for me. Not sure if pun was intended or not.

Oh I get you, you can purchase those elsewhere online and just swap them out. Mechanical keys are pretty great for modding like that.

I'd just be careful, Ergodox has a very specific layout so standard 104 keycap sets might not entirely fit its layout.

Good to know. I couldn’t figure out from their site if they offered key caps in different languages.

Don’t know about the key caps but their software supports it I’m sure. Also the keycaps are switchable!
