確かに「原因」は「げえいん」と発音している（アナウンサーは「げんいん」と発音している）ことがありますが、「婚約」は「こんやく」、「千円」は「せんえん」と発音しています。「せええん」「こいやく」とは発音していません。
ですよね！このサンプル動画でも言っていますが、こちらはまだ未完成の発音です（'not yet worrying about nasalizing the vowel'）。学習者が鼻母音の「ん」を普通の [n] として言わないためのドリルになります。このあと、「え」や「い」をどう鼻音化すれば良いか、ちゃんと説明しています ^^

。「原因」と同様の例としては「店員」「全員」などが挙げられ、「婚姻」や「参院」「産院」は、鼻音化しないようです。両者の違いは、前者は比較的幼少時に習得した言葉であること、後者は大人になってから覚えた言葉だということ。「千円」は子供も使うのに？！ - 3 more replies
