@Dogen can u explain the first one in more detail please. I find myself too often trying to speak like I would in German. Too complicated sentences etc...

That works as well. In all seriousness try to use simple words and grammar. Nothing stands out more than an advanced word used incorrectly.

Japanese is kinda hard for me. Because of the difference in grammar of German and Japanese. The sentence I Reyna build are easy as hell in English for example but in Japanese kinda messed up lol

That’s how it was for me. First five years all I could say was はい、わかりました。 till I refreshed my basics for a good year - そのファウンデーションを作ってから、日常に日本語をもっと自然に使えるようになって来た。Also anime. Lots of anime.

Note that Naruto’s sentence termination ってばよ！is not grammatically correct, nor actual practicable Japanese.

One of the biggest examples of this I saw watching
@terracehouse8 was when someone asked if the other liked them, and they replied saying yes they did. That whole interaction was simply "好き?” “好きよ”Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
