Is this a verb that can only be understood through context? I have said it many times and though it seems like I have never been misunderstood, is it possible?

In Hiroshima, we also say "kearu" to mean fall down (as in ひっくり返る). Actually, this one is identical in Spanish @EnJapones1 . "Te vas a caer (Spanish)" would be "かえるど~" in Hiroshima-ben. We would say this when a child is standing on a chair or something.
