    Our military spouse graduates have gone on to start their own businesses, pursue fulfilling careers in the civilian workforce, and further their education at world-class institutions. Today and every day we celebrate them and all they have achieved!

    Familiar with the unique challenges and barriers to meaningful employment our military spouses face, our co-founders Connie Milstein and Father Curry founded Dog Tag on the shared belief that no military spouse who wants to work and pursue their career goals should be unemployed.

    Military spouses strengthen our communities and workplaces; they offer a unique set of job skills, including exceptional resilience and adaptability. Despite this, the unemployment rate among military spouses consistently hovers at four times the national average.
