though an explicit guarantee probably wouldn't hurt, we can also reasonably interpret all of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, & 5th Amendments as protecting a right-to-strong crypto:

About allowing people to trade digitized assets or storages of value with out hinderence of the government or taxations, and so on and so forth (someone smart fill in gaps)
