Strictly speaking scientists set themselves up for that by stating a range that goes over 100% but a little below as well (since natural influences can't be excluded with absolute certainty).

It’s sad we’re supposed to get excited & be grateful that the Corporate NBC operation actually offered 60 minutes of some climate reality. It was good but not close to great. And there’s not a chance in hell this was a Chuck Todd climate epiphany. He doesn’t have it in him.
