Framing and language is very important. But “we” (with few exceptions) are indeed responsible for climate change. Not all equally, but it is us. The good news we can act to fix it, too. And we can help others do the same.

Excellent article, the current incentive structures in favour of pollution need changing and the EU’s been trying to do this. Over the 18 years I’ve been involved, different stakeholders’ positions have ranged from good faith support to deliberately undermining real action.
