Bottom line Gorski’s outlook is harmful to liberty, patient-physician shared decision making & basic ethics. Let patients do whatever the F-ck they want Let physicians be as cautious as they feel comfortable. There are more than enough reversals to justify being cautious

Look, do what you want, but doctors need to recommend what the evidence suggests. Also, while vegan diets are often unhealthy, ovo-lacto-vegetarian diets are often better than most. Eating mostly eggs is better than how most Americans eat. And goes against your promotion.

Vaccination appears to be way better than not vaccinating. If you can’t look at the real world evidence…. Than you aren’t looking… and just stoking unreasonable distrust.

I am opposed to Tro's plan to strap patients down and force them to eat carrots. This is hideously abusive.

In what realm is anyone being strapped down and force vaccinated? Please be specific.

Why do you have to create a fear based strawman in order to discredit him? Demonstrate one time he's even hinted at wanting forced vaccines or strapping down patients to give them a shot or your argument is baseless.

So advising people to protect themselves against a potentially deadly pathogen, in the middle of a pandemic, with the most safe and efficient tool we have is "strapping them down and forcing them". Your virology and immunology professors in medical school must be ashamed...

Dr. Gorski doesn't want to force anyone to get a vaccine. He has been working for decades now to counter misinformation about vaccines that leads people to refuse them despite them being very low risk compared to the diseases they prevent. Doctors like you should want the same.
-
You seem to have made vaccination a political ideology a very unscientific thing to do. There is no need to use political buzzwords like "liberty" and "tyranny" when discussing the safety and efficacy of vaccines. Either you accept the science or you DENY it.
