There is no evidence of their benefits, evidence of harming is building up. If you were my patient I wouldn't prescribe them to you unless for a clear clinical reason (deficiency)

Vitamin supplements don't work (unless there is a proven deficiency), rather they can be harmful. Stay safe.

New study. Quite well done. Nearly half of the infected patients with COVID had long COVID symptoms between 6-18 months. Largely worse if COVID was worse. Pre-infection vaccination offered some protection than being unvaccinated.

Sadly, young sudden deaths r increasingly common. No causal data from India yet. There were big COVID waves n even a mild COVID raises cardiac & stroke risks. Not sure of his exact cause of death but it is very likely that we are witnessing the long term after effects of COVID.
