Third wave in UK, US has different trajectories largely due to wide spread vaccination (perhaps not perfect yet), but India has not achieved that. And so called post infection herd immunity is very unpredictable as seen just before second wave.
Let us err on the side of caution.

The focus should remain on furious vaccination in adults. The link between infection and hospitalisation/death is weak compared with the previous waves. I am optimistic that you will not see the 2nd wave mayhem repeat it self.
