Hey JuDE! The Jovian Vortex Hunters #CitizenScience project has a new tool that helps volunteers deepen their exploration of vortex features in Jupiter’s atmosphere. Say “Hey” to the JunoCam Data Explorer (JuDE): bit.ly/3R3pgo8

This screenshot shows the Exploration page of the JunoCam Data Explorer and what it looks like as it helps volunteers plot different distributions of the data and analyze how the distribution of the metadata variables lead to differences in atmospheric features. At the top of the page there are two data distribution bar graphs that show how the Jovian images being looked at are from different latitudes. The top half of this image is filled with the planet Jupiter, her surface swirling with vortices and other features characteristic of the Jovian atmosphere.
