So he wakes up at last. Russia has been threatening Ukraine's nuclear plants for months now. Now they want to do something. Are they going to blame Ukraine like Amnesty did? The World is very upside down right now. The good guys are blamed for the bad guys' behaviour. Sick times.

The UNGA (forget the UNSC) should vote on a mission to secure and protect the facility. A joint mission of various countries. They can do it. We won't get a UN resolution, but if the world asks for it many countries might assist.
