    $100 million ISCHEMIA trial shows cardiac stents/surgery do not reduce heart attacks, stroke, or death vs. meds alone. PREDIMED trial showed Mediterranean diet reduces heart attacks, strokes, death by 30%. Time for $100M trial to test this in US?
