Hi, I’m a medical intern in a TV show. I run around the hospital with very limited oversight and am put into complicated medical situations without instruction. If I speak to an attending or senior resident they yell at me. I often solve medical mysteries entirely on my own.

A wonderful thread: “When we are willing to acknowledge that none of us has all the answers, & when we work in a culture where there is no shame in calling for help, it is better for us & safer for our patients.” Do you regularly ask colleagues for help/opinion?
