@LtGovHusted and his response regarding utilizing the chat feature for contact with the Department of Job and Family Services? I watch the daily press briefings w/@GovMikeDeWine &Husted advised yesterday to use the chat feature if you cannot get through. -
The phones are so busy you cannot check on your claim. My claim is 2-3 weeks old and my last action has not been reviewed by their office since 3/26. I’d like an answer and money owed.
