Native - my orthopedic doc & physical therapist both told me sandals & flip flops are not good for your feet, legs and knees, that I’m doing more harm wearing them than I’d be doing walking barefoot - so I guess it’s time to throw out all of my flip flops and Birkenstock’s 😞

I knew flip flops and sandals weren’t good for your feet as there is no support. I can’t b parted with my flip flops though, but I never wear them if I’m going to walking a lot.
