Oh so basically it is like buying it to be added to your subscription? I still prefer the idea that someone said about they should give you a coupon for a free movie ticket so theaters can still get the concession money when theaters open

$30 for unlimited access to a movie. invite a few friends or family over and it's well below standard movie theatre price. people who think this is a ripoff are ST00PID

Fun fact: if only a quarter of Disney plus subscribers globally pay the 30 dollars Disney would make 200 million in pure profit. Just for comparison if Mulan made 800 million in theatres Disney would make the same 200 in profit.

A quarter of Disney+ subscribers is roughly 15 million, so if they each paid the $30 that would mean $450 million is profit
