  We had no snow -90, -97, 2000 and it was partially no snow -16. But other years its been fantastic. Why don't have two snow ralllies. Its NOT easy to move it far away. Infrastructure, budget issues & FIA rules are not easy to solve. 5000 volunteers+hotels r hard 2 find elsewhere
