    I’m absolutely thrilled to reveal the largest ichthyosaur skeleton EVER discovered in Britain! It was an honour to lead the excavation and unearth this incredible Jurassic GIANT from its ancient rocky tomb in Rutland! Found by Joe Davis

    Such an hour to have been featured in this amazing book, let alone being able to create a cake for the event ! Still pinching myself I have been included in this incredible project

    A beautiful day for a book launch! Maybe just a little bit excited to see my name on the front of a giant book 😂 Also, how amazing does the cake look? who is featured in One Hundred Reasons To Hope, baked a book that actually opened and everything!

    You know when you’re working on a big cake when your watch tells you that you’ve walked over 5,000 steps, and over 3k and all you’ve actually done is walked around the kitchen island all day working on the cake 🙈
