I solved it, the problem was actually the setting you can see on line 44 below (i.e. Jira OAuth redirect is making chrome open a new process, which is why it was crashing) Once I changed it, it works perfectly :) Both locally and in Lambdapic.twitter.com/GXKb8E53QH

Certificates again? How many times has Microsoft had this problem?
