Roughly 50/50 because they didn't experience the same negative shock after WWII and so got no catch up growth and the Anglo-Saxon economic model performing poorly

A bit bummed that there seems to be a bunch of countries missing - including mine (Slovenia). It looks like it doesn't incorporate any countries that underwent breakup in the meantime.
