    Finally found a USB programmer that I could use on old ROM chips like the AT49F040. Called the TL866 Programmer and they cost ~$40

    Learned BASIC on an Atari 800 that I got from a yard sale ~Y2K. Must've been a SW dev's cause it included handwritten notes and guides
