The new Z7 board is more than just a board - it has built in API and IP blocks to make programming an a heck of a lot easier. Bundle it with the also brand new zmods, and you have yourself a high speed embedded measurement system! ⚡

experimenting w/ AD9681 today. Trying to get it up an running, but not sure if it will reliably work at 125MHz with Nexys Video with an Artyx-1 device. Might need dynamic phase adjustment or reducing the ADC sample rate to 80 MHz.

This is a really neat bit of kit. It's not just a low-cost USB oscilloscope: it can do loads more. Like be an 8 channel logic analzyer, generate waveforms, etc. Recommended.

I'm a big fan of the boards for devices. The Arty A7 is a good starting point. If you need an ARM core or two in addition to the programmable logic fabric, the Cora Z7 board is another good starting point. The Webpack tools are free for these boards.
