It's not Chinese. It IS Lunar New Year, but in no way do we say it's a Chinese character. No country is ever mentioned.

I don't think it's a feasible thing for supercell to add nearly 200 country flags (i think there is 195 nations across the globe)

EXACTLY! koreans and vietnamese also celebrate lunar new year. It's simply new year in the Lunar calendar. Not a chinese exclusive holiday ಠ_ಠ
