I AM UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THE ARTIST IS A PIXEL ANIMATOR AND NOT A ONE-MAN GAME DESIGN TEAM. BUILDING A GAME IS DAMN HARD, AND TAKES A LOT OF DIFFERENT SKILLS.
As a game dev, I wish it were as easy as making a gif. Would make our lives so much easier.

Honestly imagine the possibilities with this. The IG could have larger infantry unit size but take more damage with infantry (200hp vs 100). Orks could have their income based around total number of boys on the field and deaths. Marines play like basic adv wars....
