3 months ago I was able to do 10x dips with a 40kg/88lbs plate tied to my waist. After developing a prolapsed disc between the C6/C7 vertebrae, the inflammation of the nerve tunnel was painful that I couldn't stand up some days. Now I can barely do a single dip at bodyweight.

Hoping that you can rebuild and get back to it as soon as possible. Starting from the bottom can be crushing but you’ll be back to your dips in no time. Would it be good to try some therapies with a trainer in a gym?
