Seriously. A bit of moisture in the air and everyone loses their collective minds. And not to mention their inability to drive when the road gets slightly damp.
In 2017 I went into TJ Maxx in Santa Monica and asked where the umbrellas were. The woman literally laughed in my face! 
But if LA residents owned umbrellas then maybe they wouldn't need to lose their collective shit when it drizzles for three hours in January?
