Something you learned to enjoy here or a habit learned before?

In Japan, just replace sauna with deep bathtub. The ritual of cleaning yourself before is the same. So I've always enjoyed it, hot bath or sauna, since I was little. Though I do wish my flat had a bathtub, I use my sauna like 3 to 4 times a week.

Have you been to a really good wood-heated sauna? The experience is multiplied...
