Again allow legend players to do that since that won't affect with game economy, maybe let that be limited by using with the combination of legend trophies

Allowing a group of players to be able to use DE for upgrading and excluding all other players would be one of the most unfair and unbalanced mechanics.

But they are LEGENDS ,or make some other criteria , people can reach legends easily if they are active enough.. and go for safe 2 atleast,I have faced th11 in legends with max th13 account so yeah..but I guess de won't be wasted that much after the new super troop update

That can be done to all players by adding the feature of maxed hero's level as a rule . And no one will upgrade the walls with DE without this feature.

Well gold pass players upgrade faster right? Technically that can be categorised as unfair as well...in a way....( Just stating an example,I don't have any problem with it)
