Global was toxic. And the toxicity was just as much present when chatting w/high level players. So no, not missed. If it's players you're trying to draft, do it in reddit or in other clans for example. I know it's harder, but you get better players that way.
Part of the issue with the recruitment tool is its lack of "transparency". What I mean is that it actually does a lot of the things players want behind the scenes but when players don't get the results they want (vs what they expect) it can feel like the tool isn't working.

The tool is actually an incredibly complex piece of machine learning that accomplishes quite a bit that players don't see. One of the things that team is working on is to help players understand why they're getting those results when using it.

And when trying to draft, people send invites to their "dream members" without realizing that they might be in a good fit for them already. I move between a couple of clans regularly and keep invites on for that reason and keep getting invites from clans that from the looks of it

I get it Darian and I'd love for it to be better ,maybe give us option for co leader to see the pending invites to the clan ? Or a custom kinda invite , something different because this clearly ain't working,do a poll asking whether the tool worked for clans or not
