I FORGOT HOW GODDAMN CREEPY AND GENUINELY HORRIFYING THE DRAGON IN DRAGONSLAYER IS. IT'S ALSO INSANE HOW WELL THE EFFECTS HOLD UP ALMOST 40 YEARS LATER. I NEED TO REWATCH THAT MOVIE.

It's about a similar level of 80's campy fantasy as Beastmaster and Krull, but not as epic. But it does have a really cool triple bladed sword that shoots its blades at things and a sorcerer who pulls people's hearts out with magic.
