We've got an urgent server maintenance to fix a bug that that causes players' progress to not be saved. This issue may affect players who don't yet have Dark Barracks (TH7 and below) or players who attack a target without Dark Barracks. #clashofclans #clashon

If it was a fully loaded loot cart and you've been active recently, I suspect it wasn't genuine which is why it couldn't be claimed and disappeared with the optional update. I don't know that for certain though, just a guess.
No loot cart was lost. It wasn't a real loot cart, just a visual bug.

Darian I would like to focus your attention to one little but annoying aspect. Me and one of my clan mates had clone accounts in different clans as a leaders. We wasn't aware that after a while leadership is being transferred to other clan member. Thing is that they aren't active

and there's no way they could pass the leader back to me. I'm pretty sure you guys can figure it out if particular account has been in particular clan and had been a leader. Could you guys put under consideration and let people get their clans back? Thank you for your attention.
